Shout out to the nightshift crew

Last night was my first nightshift in 2 months and after getting in to bed at 7 I thought I'd be out for the count for most of the day but no 9 o'clock and I'm wide awake.

Anyone else nights just now?

Yes i do night shift a nice polish chap said if you want seven hrs sleep tap your head seven times on the pillow

Just finished a stretch of nights yesterday, sleep pattern is still fucked up, on the up side, I'm off until Tuesday now
