Diet tips.

On a diet, some of you will be in super shape due to already being on a healthy diet etc, some may be,like myself on a diet.

Some real helpfull nice friends have been educating me on the what to eat n not to eats/avoid.

For everyones interest it would be usefull to have a thread full of diet tips to just share.

I changed from normal milk in cereal to soya light,(low in saturated fat,high in calcium) tastes as good.

Love to hear of others.

Eat protein rich food,chicken tuna things like that,cos if u increase the muscle in ur body.ur body has 2 work harder at carryin the muscle about.which has a thermobolic effect an it burns up more fat..

not going on a diet but watching

wat ur eating..i also change my

milk 2 the purple lid milk only

1percent fat in it an its nice

wat 2 do is stick 2 breaky lunch

an dinner an in between just water

an abit excercise xx

as stunna says change milk to a lower fat add fruit to cereal,and biggest tip date a looser thats gonna fuck u about the stress of it all will have it falling off im 2 stone lighter n love my chocky llf gd luck xxxx

I would love to lose a couple of stone but never eat as healthy as I should. Coffee for breakfast, no lunch and a large evening meal. Problem is that I love my beer as well. No chance for me boo hoo

Ur going to long without eating mate.ur body will b sluggish an u wont b burning fat.try eating sumthng wth ur coffee for breakfast too,cos it wil kickstart ur metabolism

Two KitKats per cuppa, as often as necessary. Slimming tip: works with either tea or coffee

Have been told that eating lots of strawberries helps, but all it does is give me bad guts lol. Or is that trhe plan - an easy way to lose pounds lol

are u for real ?? u gotta eat 2 lose weight

u need a breakfast in the morning

its the main meal of the day drink

loads a water..have breaky..lunch..dinner xx

Has cut out choc totally, although bought a special K cereal bar other day and they had put choc on it too!! The nerve,lol

If you want to lose weight easily get a viral infection.

I was floored last week with a throat and chest infection and i lost 5lbs in weight

been a steady 92 kg for last 20 years, try not to snack between meals n never eat after 7pm seems to work for me

Good luck with the diet Fine,some good advice given out already-i would say try NOT to go on any crazy crash diets and by that i mean instantly cutting out chocolate/crisps or whatever you crave as it will make you worse.I would also say try and fit an exercise plan alongside your diet,even if it's a walk in the park with the Dog or with the MP3 player on for about 20 min each night or a few times each week it will do you the world of good then up the time to 40min etc.Or maybe find something else that you enjoy

I do not mean jumping head first into the Gym or Fitness classes,perhaps you like Swimming-a few lengths a few times a week will become enjoyable rather than feel like a chore.Or maybe you have someone who wants to lose weight too and they would be an ideal "partner" for going walks or for motivation,good luck with it Fine.

I ate Dust and fresh air to lose my weight

seriously good luck to those wanting to lose weight I lost over 3 Stone but did it to quickly so be careful

Best way to loose weight is to Have more on the top sex amazing how much fat that burns off

Food wise just cut down stay away from take aways and drink lots of water

Cut portion sizes down...as a nation our portion sizes are massive.

3 healthy meals a day, its important to have 3....u need to fuel the body.

Cut out high dairy, strach products such as potatoes etc

To me diet and exersize go hand in hand.

Luvving the recent tips, cool, i can use "Hi im on a diet and more sex helps apparently, fancy a meet? " lol.

Sub consciously doing a lot of what you good folks suggest, have instantly cut out choc though, and do a real strenuous to start with walk, uphill for first 15 mins then rest is nice n gentle for about 40 mins in total, theres walking too fast,that becomes aerobic, just of a pace where its fat burning is what to aim for, thanks all
