"On a diet, some of you will be in super shape due to already being on a healthy diet etc, some may be,like myself on a diet. Some real helpfull nice friends have been educating me on the what to eat n not to eats/avoid. For everyones interest it would be usefull to have a thread full of diet tips to just share. I changed from normal milk in cereal to soya light,(low in saturated fat,high in calcium) tastes as good. Love to hear of others. T" Eat protein rich food,chicken tuna things like that,cos if u increase the muscle in ur body.ur body has 2 work harder at carryin the muscle about.which has a thermobolic effect an it burns up more fat.. | |||
