I doubt they were rigged enough to have made a difference to the overall vote so I don't really care.

Although needless to say that any illegal activity to should be investigated fully.

Unless I'm mistaken there were only 10 ballots in question. The individuals turned up to vote, only to be told they had already voted. Of course, that was this morning so it may have changed since then. Sadly, not enough to make a difference.

Are you talking about the 10 votes in Glasgow that had been pulled due to the commission saying that someone tried to vote twice with the same names?

It was on Sky News and you could see the ballot papers in police evidence bags.

The commision meda spokesperson did give a statement on it.

Or are you talking about the table that said NO and had lots of votes on it including Yes ones, this was cleared up very quickly.

So what else are you on about please?

Thats the YouTube one. When they announced the results they did say about the spoilt ballot sheets and the highest I think was 400 in Edinburgh but the majority win was 90,000 votes.

Even in Inverclyde the win was 86 but the spoilt ballot papers was less than 86 so it would not have made any differance.

They would have to make a couple of thousand invalid and that would have been noticed with the returns.

The video also shows the stacks of yes/no vote ballots on a desk, now who ever did this was breaking the rules and I would even suggest the law by taking the film and acutally touching the ballot papers. These are the ones that had been sorted and were put on a desk for counting. The news crews covered this item as they had picked up on the rumours on social media. THey challeneged the officials and it was explained that it was a table for sorted votes but they had not been counted yet.

Go look here..

http://www.electoralcommission.org.uk/find-information-by-subject/elections-and-referendums/upcoming-elections-and-referendums/observing-elections-and-referendums

The vote and it's counts are scrutinised by independent people + there are scrutineers from bot sides
