What do you find helps you or picks you up when you're feeling a bit shitty . Comfort foods ? Wine ,alcohol? Sex ? Music ? Family ? Friends , if so , fab ones or vanilla friends ?

Just came to bed after having soup with a bag of maltesers cheese and onion crisps and a can of

What's your pick me up ???

Not very "fab" but cuppa, fluffy jams, crap film & cuddles.

(Daisy by the way)

And maybe just a little sex.

Glasgow

I've got a 12 week old kitten and since I've had him, I've found it impossible to feel down when I come in from work or first thing in the morning or just generally when I'm feeling a bit low. The wee rascal keeps me on my toes and smiling.

(Bit soppy that message!)

Ps: We are pretty butch though. We do loads of laddish things, ok!

Hot choc, bubble bath and leg massage. Especially after the 10 days I've had. His pick me up is a hike in the hills, a wee dram and steak for tea.

Being single is all great fun but after a shitty day I want snuggles and forehead kisses. Sadly there isn't a site for that

Edinburgh

For Saucy: naked cuddles and maybe a wee bit more from Mike after some retail therapy and a nice glass of NZ sauvy B. Mike: a wee glass of sauvy B, just to be sociable with Saucy or an Isle of Jura, a good film/book and the bit more than cuddles wi Saucy

A decent bike ride every time. I didn't need picked up today but after cycling 57miles, burning more than 2000 calories and having my heart rate as high as it's been in a long time I was pretty buzzing.....I stay off the crisps and cream cakes n all.

Cup of tea helps too

For me it's when having a tough day, I go out for a walk and if a nice lady smiles as I pass, that certainly picks me up.

I do like smiley ladies
