An apology

I'd just like to apologise to anyone that I may have offended on here today. I've had the day from hell on here through absolutely no fault of my own but that doesn't excuse some of my comments etc. I need to learn not to rise to it and to be honest I think I need a wee break before I delete this completely ( I know some would rather prefer that anyway lol)

I also want to thank the countless number of friends on here who have taken the time to PM me and offer advice and words of comfort, it is very much appreciated. I haven't been able to reply to everyone yet due to the sheer volume of PMs but I will get back to everyone at some point.

Is it just the day your saying sorry for?? Lol .

God if we had all to apologise when we offended someone on here the forum would be full of 'sorry' posts.
