Ian here!! Has anyone had this and more importantly this time of year ?

Don't seem to be able to shake that down feeling and although it's a seasonal disorder I never thought just going into autum could trigger it .... I normally get this in the new year ....

B here. I suffer from it, but again not too bad yet. Only when it's raining does it kick off just now.

Rain does it for me every tme. Especially if I wake u and car goes by and I can hear the splashing round the tyres. Totally ruins my day utterly. Not so bad if it starts when Im out and expecting it. Otherwise the rest of the world can crawl up its own arse and die a horrible death!

You should try St John's Wort. It's very effective.

The rapid shortening in day length could trigger it though I always feel worse in late Jan-Feb.

Have u tried one of those artificial sun lamps?

I get it in the winter months when the days get short, as I'm a night owl and work nightshift i can go days or even weeks without seeing daylight!
