MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

Well, its finally, almost here...

I head to the big smoke tomorrow for the first weekend of training to be a gym instructor... I am nervous beyond belief....

So worried I am going to screw this up lol

I did a similar course waaayy back when I was 18. If its something you love its going to be plain sailing. For the practical its all about form. Relax, you'll be great.

think positive if you think your goin to screw up 9 times out of 10 your nerves will win and you'll screw up, once your trained gives a message need to loose the beer gutt lol

I've hot a degree in sports science plus keep up my reps training regularly, but I'm not even in that field of work anymore. Good luck I'm sure you will love it.
