yon english mp Doogie carswell has gone and up sticks and hot footed it to ukip land, the prospect of having posh davie holding the whip hand with the bold farage as his deputy draws ever closer . With these 2 running Scotland from london i suspect we are truly fucked .

I don't like the tories or ukip but there are Sots who support both parties.

Remember Scots returned a ukip member to the European Parliament.

"Was it Scots? Or people resident in Scotland who are not Scottish"

It would most likely have been the same people that voted in the SNP. Those who were disillusioned with the previous government and their vote was one of protest. They wanted something to change.

They might be a minority, but I'm sure there are plenty of Scots Tory voters/supporters. And I'm sorry, but to say otherwise suggests that you're part of the 'extremists' amongst the Yes crowd.

I'm well aware that it wouldn't happen like this, but the fact that if we got independence tomorrow, AS would happily lead us into the EU tomorrow, and on whatever terms were demanded, is one of the reasons I'll be voting NO.
