thinking about heading to west coast for a weekend - any suggestions on hotels from Oban to Skye and everything inbetween?

Lime tree - Fort William. Been a few years since I was there.

Yes we have been to Skye before and totally agree. Also ate in Lime Tree (superb food) a few years back. We have accommodation booked for all except Oban area now so will check out Crinan. Thanks. xx

Sligachan hotel on Skye. Great location in amongst mountains, with sea views and hundreds of malt whiskies to choose from.

The Kintail Lodge Hotel and the Cluanie Inn are both good places to eat. I haven't stayed in them but other people I know that have recommend them.

The Pierhouse Hotel Port Appin, Argyll It's beautiful went there for the weekend with a fab friend scenery is out of this world & your surrounded by the West coast

The kintail hotel is a fab place. Great public bar....always get a good laugh and great music at weekends. Oh and stunning views!

The weather is fantastic this week. I feel sorry for all the tourists here in the past two weeks though, it's been like winter!
