I've seen so many friends videos doing this! No way would I do it lol

Have you done it, been nominated or plan on doing it?

My daughter nominated me so I had to

It's a great way to raise money for cancer

You do it then txt and donate £3

All my family have rose to the challange over a week lol

Brilliant giggle

Just have the shower ready when it's your turn lol

I've seen a lot of people do it different but you're meant to get 1-3 buckets of cold/ice water, nominate 3 of your friends/family to do it in 24hours and then pour or get someone to pout the water all over you! It's normally done outside (obv) the more water the better oh and you've to film it x

Sit with your feet in a bucket of ice cold water

Then get 1-3 buckets of cold water over your head once you have nominated someone else to do it

Then once the water is done step out the bucket your feet is in and pour it over yourself lol

The ice cold water is to represent the feeling if chemo once it hits your blood stream obviously way not as painful but a great way to raise awareness

If you do it you text the number and donate £3. If you get nominated and dont do it you're to text and donate £10 lol

I didnt know about the standing in the water bit! Eek. Im glad no one has nominated me!

I used to be a north sea trawlerman, had that 4 times a day 7 days out of 8 for 2 shitty winters. It's still not fun, but this bucket things over in seconds so it's not that bad.

Good on em all that did it. I can't wait to see Kermit the Frogs one. Like really geeked out about it

You think a bucket or two is bad? check out some of the builders who have been using the buckets on JCB's to drop water on them! and its not also nice clean tap water!!

I haven't been nominated to carry it out yet but I'm just waiting as I have seen my ex-wife and daughters byfriend doing it.

just got nominated by my best mate whos mum got the all clear just over a year ago .

I'll have to wait till next week though as the freezer in this dump has no cube trrays nor a decent sized bucket. So I'm going to find an epic alternative and get my new workmates to help a brother out

I had a HUGE rant last night to my girlfriend about how my Facebook page is being filled up with videos of this tripe.

People are forgetting to mention the charity, not doing the original challenge correctly, and where it was 3 nominations at first, people now seem to be naming as many people as they want.

It's turned into a sheep style situation, in that everyone feels that they have to do it.

Lets not forget the huge amounts of clean water being wasted. Forget the charities supporting people with motor neurone disease (ALS), who probably aren't getting half the donations they should be, and think of the people in poorer countries where clean drinkable water is scarce.

If anyone nominated me for it, the video I do will just be me "Flipping the bird".

Mini-rant over.

Lighten up will ye. It's all for raising awareness for a good cause. Even the people who don't donate are still raising awareness which is the whole idea. I done it then donated £10. There is more important issues in the world than moaning about people raising money and awareness for charity!!
