Well, we've been looking forward to fifeys birthday bash for MONTHS. Turns out our son had other ideas - he's got Chickenpox!!

So, unfortunately, we won't be able to attend. We did however book a deluxe king-room at the Dundee Apex for the night, which we got at the advance booking rate of £99. Unfortunately, they don't do refunds at this rate, but they can transfer the room into someone elses name.

So, the upshot is, if you're still looking for a hotel, we'd be happy to transfer the room to you for what we paid (£99). Even if you've booked a different hotel/room on a flexible rate that lets you cancel with no charge, this might be a chance to get a nice swanky room at a good price?

Anyway, we have to let them know before 2pm tomorrow, so if anyone wants to take us up on the offer, please send us a message.

Hope you all have a great time - we'll be thinking of you whilst we're sitting in front of the telly doling out calamine lotion...
