What age would you stop swinging !

dont think theres an exact age where you can say yes i will stop swinging....think you know when ur time has come.....think its a natural thing.

why worry about what age you are if its fun do it.. might be the only excersice you'll get in older age..lol.

carole hunni in my opinion when it becomes less fun then maybe its time to stop but only u will know when that time is right.... it has nothing to do with age but how u feel about swinging urself .

Well a friend of mine is 46 and she's 'stepped back' from swinging, not sure if it's permanent or just a temporary thing for her.

Personally, I'll quit when it starts to feel 'wrong', not really sure how to put it.
