If it's painful get it checked out by your local GP.

If it's not painful there is nothing to worry about. It's air pockets popping with the changes of pressure that movement causes inside the fluid of the ankle joints. Clicking ankles can also be caused by small particles swishing around in the fluid of the ankle joints.

Why do you have the scar? Was it to make you better. If it was then you need to remember the reason and be proud that it made you better and also remember that most people do have scars.

yes it was due to me being ill had complications after the surgery and my scar didnt heal too well just very self concious of it but i do think everyday why its there ...still hate it tho lol xx

Get the dry shampoo spray and pile cream for your eyes. Put the phone down at night so your mind has time to switch off

Flattened bridge of my nose from an accident. Even when I was a racing snake doing well in x country and hill running I had love handles. I now cycle over 100m a week but shifting weight seems to take forever. I genuinely watch what I eat as well. Just gets harder as you get older ( or is that softer ?? )

Hey, everyone struggling with your weight loss. Never skip breakfast! Otherwise your body won't burn fat. I was surprised it worked (but don't forget to exercise too) good luck! Keep your face up!

Give it time to heal, if its only two years it will fade gradually,it wont disappear but will become less obvious, trust me ive got plenty of them

I'm an ex boxer/martial artist that used to train 6 days a week.

My upper body going soft and I am now about 2 stone over my preferred weight.

My problem is I am now on meds for Depression and can't be arsed getting out of bed anymore

Exercise, which used to be fun is now a chore I can do without
