Indian / Chinese Food !

Just noticed when having Chinese food, I spread the rice (or noodles) all over the plate, then place the main dish on top..... But with Indian food always put the rice to one side of plate and the main course to the other side of plate.....what odd food habits do you have ???

Erm... I don't eat a lot and it drives C and my friends insane.
