An old lady walks into a dentists and drops her knickers.

the dentist says "im a dentist not a gynocologist".

old lady replies"i know id like you to remove my husbands teeth"

Has he got toothache or is she going to the haberdashers next to get some knicker elastic. I hope they are both ok. (Is she on fab by the way)
