Apart from sex what is your favourite form of excercise?

I really enjoy pilates and have just started doing pilate reformers - who knew I was such a masochist!!!

forget the rest shy sexersize is the way to go plenty of it too lol

Well the pilates increases stamina and flexibility as well as tones and tightens ultimately improving sex - so am enhancing our sex life

Eh, at the risk of shooting myself in the foot sex is an enjoyable pastime but having given up running due to arthritic hip I have re-found my mojo cycling. Smashed out 77k tonight in 3 hours. I am obsessed with training again !

MAMOBA, miles and miles of bugger all (Aberdeenshire)

spinning, few of the les mills classes - bodypump, bodycombat and bodybalance (going to train as a bodybalance instructor later this year) as well as the gym - treadmill, cross trainer etc.

I try to do 5 or 7 classes a week. Currently training for my level 2 gym instructor module, then going to do balance and then hopefully complete my personal trainer qualification!
