"Orange and Tmobile are now EE, and Virgin 'piggy backs' on EE. I recently switched from Vodafone to Virgin, it's nice being able to use the 3G capabilities of my phone now! " Yes they are all the same company now as 'EE' but a long way from being fully integrated....i have had numerous problems, i have two phones one t-mobile, and one orange....both displaying the EE network and my home broadband is orange ...the broadband has been up and down all weekend, and unable to get 3g on the phone that was orange contract but the t mobile one has been working. I also have problems every time i lose the 3g signal the EE content lock comes back on phone ...now thats really not good ...no fab...no porn arrgh!!!! LOL .....A known fault they have had for months they me and have been trying hard to resolve it...still not fixed !!! Top that with billing and payment set up problems with them ...they are a total nightmare and customer services totally useless one telling you one story and another telling you something totally different ....i must say i was a customer of orange for years with no problems and with t-mobile with no problems but this merger which is meant to make them the best ...just isn't working !!! You will be glad to know ...rant over lol xx

Re customer services, one company seems to be as bad as another!
