I've been daft an no put sun lotion on I've been in sandles and shorts all week on hoilday and have burnt back of ma legs and feet its stinging hot all day after sun and cold water only work for so long, any tips to sooth the pain case of fosters haven't even dulled the pain

Thanks got seen by a lovley nurse in first aid tent this moreing and they put some kinda cream on legs and feet. And have been wearing trousers and socks today its better but starting to blister badly. I'd say scottish folk arnt used to sun this hot
