I go ( Mrs sexy ) at least 4 to 5 times a week ... it keeps the hormone levels stable and me sane .. just ask mr sexy he'll agree whole heartedly.... lol .

think il speak with P and get a gym set up at home where you can only use the kit if your in the nude...no-one would get fed up in there

I go about 3 or 4 times a week,i prefer the fitness classes as the gym can get a bit boring,i like going on the exercise bike with some music on that i like Rammstein etc then pedal away quite happy.If there are some nice girls in the gym with there lycra on i swear i can pull a wheelie on the exercise bike .

I don't go to a gym.

I have to get a taxi from my front door to the car in the drive.

I will take the dogs for walks on the beach, take my son and grandson swimming and indulge in sexcercise occasionally

I usually go twice a day if i can manage it. after my stint at the co-op then at night. But when i work out at the farm the gym takes a back seat except for the sauna

2 muscle groups in the morning

with interval training (cycle or treadmill)

come summer i'll be doing it in the field.

2 other muscle groups in the evening with sauna/steam room.

i feel the difference by what i can do.

I luv doing it slowly with the weights - wow, what a burn.

then i sometimes do boxing with the pulleys. 4-5 sets of 40kg 100 reps left /right

iv noticed a different in my weight after going on a regular basis, but the main results for me have cropped up since i started a 100 pressup challenge thing i saw in Mens Health, got the iphone application and its really good. iv tripled my max reps on pressups in two weeks

Former semi pro boxer and martial artist I used to train twice a day six times a week.

Never used weights until I had retired from fighting primarally to keep my weight down.

Boxed at Light Welterweight 10st and was ripped. Watching Amir Khan recently I thought was I that skinny.

Took up bodybuilding to help coach a mate but was never into that posing shit altough we did start an erotic dance group.

Going a bit soft now as I get into my twilight years but still try to keep my self in some form of shape.

I train 4-5 times a week whenever I can. If I can get there more its a bonus. Everyone is different and it all depends on what you want to achieve and who you want to prove a point to. For me its about being physically fit to work, fit enough to play sports with my mates and ripped enough to look half decent when I go out to a club or go on holiday. I'm trying to get into group training so I can help more people who dont like gyms get fit with fun, changing and body specific hourly sessions. I'll keep you posted, ladies and men alike.... we could have a FAB exercise class and all work up a sweat before arranging meets lol.

I prefer to work up a sweat during meets.
