Arrange it like you would a "vanilla" event.

Plan well, book/arrange a venue and let people know in advance.

Keep a written note as well as msgs saved in saved msgs of interested parties . Don't give venue details out till night before communication is the key and trust your instinct . Expect 20% not to turn up but also there will be a lot of last minute add ons who do turn up lol good luck and enjoy it xx
