Well its Monday. Start of a new week . Ive decided to try and get on a healthy eating plan see if i can lose some weight and get a bit better into shape for the better weather . See how long it lasts before the chocolate out the fridge is shouting on me haha !!!

Hope everyone else has a fantastic week ahead and whatever plans you have are enjoyable ones

I just don't like chocolate from the fridge, room temperature for me every time.
