"Unless the road is blocked or there are casualties the police will not attend unless your lucky. I was at fault a few years ago clipped a parked car at 10 mph , went into house to tell owner who then claimed I propelled his car 15 ft into his van then the corsa bounced back 15 ft. Slight damage to his bumper. Age old damage on his van. So I called police to be told to do one, useless gits. Months later his insurers and him were still pursuing me, luckily I took tons of pics of all damage and car positions etc. My insurers told em to bugger off and just settled the minor damage. 2 years later he tried to pursue me in court through solicitor for van damage. Luckily my ins who I hadn't renewed with supported me and were willing to defend me. Some tossers out there......." unbelievable. The lengths. Some peepswill go too | |||
