lol.....the best way to avoid a hangover other than not drinking is only to drink lite coloured drinks...ie no cola mixers and to drink a glass of water between each drink

a cpl of fried egg sarnies wi loads of lurpak on the bread and a big cup of coffee

ofcoarse thats providing you can keep the contents of your stomach in whilst making it lol

works for me eveytime

Seriously a pint of water 2 painkillers and a zantac before a good seeing to and a nights sleep. Eh Voila ..... no hangover

eat 3 slices of bread (no butter) and two glasses of water 20 mins after before going to then drinking plenty of water in the morning should do it. alcohol is very dehydrating and this is the main cause of a hangover headache so if you drink water a glass of water between drinking will also help. also getting a shower before and after bed will help.

all the above is a great idea but i ve never tryed it as i ve been to d*unk to remember lol
