Why is there such a 'hostile' reaction to newbies on here??

As in reactions/replies to messages!

I'm kinda a newbie...........I've noticed such rudeness (personal experience) + talking to others.....and not just single guys, but couples too!!

Seems Fab, ain't all that fab!....I get that that there are a lot of timewaisters and idiots!

But if someone sends a decent enough message, with proper grammar and pics..........why not just be courteous and say "yay" or "nay"!

For me it's nothing to do with newbies,I always check the profile first and if it doesn't interest me then I often don't even read the message. Saves getting the "why not" or occasional abuse back

Really depends on what photos you sent!

Depends if you read the persons profile most dont read a profile we have found they look at the photos and just mail us no pic not in the age range and a lot of guys copy and past a message they have saved to save them the bother again (SPAM) as we call it we dont just ignore and delete this we Block them also as we think it is rude.that is our opinion for what its worth.

How about when you send a nice reply saying no thanks or something along they lines then you get abuse?

So now I don't waste my time. Simple really.
