Just sitting watching the touring cars on itv4,and they were talking about senna, cant believe its 20 years ago today that he died, but also remembering roland ratzenberger who died the day before, and a few others who were injured that weekend which was one of the worst weekends in f1

Yeah can still remember watching that weekend as a kid.

True legend had his critics but car control was legendary donnington in the wet was a masterclass. Anyone ever see the footage if when early in his f1 career he was given a test the welsh Forrests with I think it was through prodrive anyway having never driven off road within hours was competitive mark if someone very special

Sadly missed

It was a terrible weekend for f1 by all accounts,as mentioned there was Rattzeburger,Senna & a marshall all killed as that fatefull weekend unfolded before us.

Sad times, thankfully never a repeat.

We are both huge F1, Mclaren and Senna fans, a true legend, we will never see his like again.

Add Prost in to that mix and it was probably the greatest ear of the sport.

Yeah was a privilege to see two greats battle it out so very different yet equally effective the mind boggles if yiu could have had prosts brain with sennas raw talent

Just watching F1 qualifying & hadn't realised 20 years since Senna was killed in that awful crash. I remember that weekend so well as we all thought he would be ok. He was my favourite driver & like others said, loved watching him & Prost racing each other. Such A great loss.
