Anyone into this and is it as good as they say? Do a lot of yoga and meditation and a course tutor mentioned visualising balls of light to help prolong orgasm. What's he on about? Lol

As you all know I am a practicing Buddhist.

My teachings do no include what is referred to as "Tantric sexual yoga"

Some Tibetans reckon they can reach a particular height of sexual advancement through meditation.

The "Tantric Pop" era of the 60's to the present day has people believing that certain yoga, meditation or even mind bending drug use can assist in mind blowing orgasm.

This Tantric pop is what the western world conceives to be tantric sex.

Tantra is not within the school of thought that I have studied therefore I'm not an expert in the subject, however, I have dappled in "Tantric Pop" found it very fucking boring.

Seems I'm thinking of the wrong thing altogether, as I've been told. Tantric sex has nothing to do with what I thought. Don't fancy it either, now lol. Live and learn.
