Looking for a cycle buddy or 2 or 3 lol Anybody planning on heading out for a cycle this week.......weather permitting lol ) couples or women to help with some motivation to get up off my arse

Yes they can nawty but I doubt I'd find it as motivating following a mans arse when cycling along the road lol

Titilation seems to be what motivates most people on here lol But I'm not averse to some real fun either if all parties are willing

Titillation is a great motivator.. used to use it when I was running, find a nice looking lady to follow who was running at my pace (yes.. I am a pervert!)

I've done the Glasgow-Edinburgh a few times, trying to decide if I want to do the 48 mile again or go for the 110
