Wedding Rings.. Worthless?

Whilst not intending to ruffle any proverbial feathers here or cause any offence, I just wondered what everyones thoughts were on wedding rings and the values of marriage these days?

It seems there is a large proportion of society both unhappy, and playing away behind their husband/wives backs.

I know everyone has their own situations and struggles, trust me when I say I'm not naive and oblivious to what can happen in a relationship. Are people too scared to face the problems head on?

General observations (from this site anyway) suggest there seems to be very little remorse or guilt and some people are quite happy to flaunt the fact they're married yet have a million verifications. I'll be in the minority but isn't that a sign they should probably just look to end their marriage?

Happy Friday everyone..

yes there are a lot of people playing on this site but hey, if they put it on their profile that allows for informed choices to be made to meet them or not.

it is what it is and it ain't going anytime soon.

sometimes the grandstanding of meets that they have is a shockingly disrespectful to their absent partners, but again if they need to, says a lot about them.

I personally dont care about the married "singes" on here playing away....

And I certainly wont sit here saying that their marriage is worthless simply because they do play away.........

Each to their own I know lots of people who play with their partners consent as well this works for somr as they still have s happy contented marriage. Married does always mean cheating on here.

If you are not married and have no intention in ever meeting married men/women...

Why would you care what they get up to?

Personally I steer clear of married guys because I don't agree with the way they act like cheating is perfectly acceptable and I don't fancy being named in a divorce if he gets caught lol plus how can you trust a guy who's openly lying to someone he appaerently loves? Lol

We try not to take the moral high ground as no one knows each individual's story.

We just choose not to play with people who are married or playing away as we don't want to be involved with any emotional fall out/hurt or harm to the party not on fab.

Think every case should be judged on merit some people are married but legally separated for example I was for a while until gully divorced!

I do prefer honesty tho just makes life easier in the long run.

Plus if you don't trust someone it can limit the fun hehe

This post wasn't aimed as a dig, it was more intrigue of the psychology behind this aspect of society as it seems to be a wide-spread kind of thing.

I've had my fair share of liasons with married women over the years, I myself have never cheated so simply can't relate to the feelings involved on that side.

Everyone has their own situation.

I agree, there are some people who play away and don't seem to think twice about it or even care.

Then there are others, like me, who love their other half dearly, but for reasons unforseen, or expected, there isn't the option for sex at home.

It doesn't stop you from loving your partner dearly, but everyone has needs.

Just my tuppence worth.

It is not up to us to judge people. What people do is their own concern not ours.

We are happily celebrating our 27th Wedding Anniversary next week

This has come up a couple of times lately

For me I appreciate the honesty but choose not to play with anyone who admits being with someone who doesnt know.

I wont judge them as they make their own decisions and have their own reasons for it.

All that said. I don't ask questions so for me its a don't ask dont tell type thing.

Maybe a wee bit hypocritical but what I don't know and all that
