I need one too! Need to get in shape, wanna do some running and as well as the gym. I hate treadmills and find it easier running outside

Been running for the last 3 years now, generally doing 5 x 6 Km a week but all I got was sore joints. Just do sprints now 8 x 200m per night and feel a lot better for it

I only recently took over responsibilities for walking dog and enjoy my 2 mile walk every day especially the places I now go that I wouldn't ordinarily go
