A tory councillor has sparked outrage by using the phrase"when rape is inevitable,lie back and enjoy it".

she apparently used the phrase to describe how powerless council planners are,personally i think she should be hung,drawn and quartered for a comment like that

It is disgusting. I would understand if she said accept instead of enjoy but having used that word I feel the punishment you discribe is inapropriate and excessive.

Hung drawn an quatered is being mercifull because at the end she will be dead. Rape victims have to live with feeling of violation
