Yes it was rather early to swan off to bed at what was it 1120 pm ish last night...

Alas though I had to be up at 330am to start work at 5am..... One day I will grow up and get a sensible job!

Go and get yourself the highest quality pommigrannite juice you can... Drink a half pint of it... and then another an hour later... drink the rest over a 24 hour period... yes it may be YUCH but the bost to your antioxidents will help fight off the fluy thing...

Slightly better than overly loud road workers outside with jack hammers, always happens when I've a hang over as well

I have not had a flu or cold in about 9 years... As soon as I feel the slightest incling of one its GLUG GLUGing of the Pomm juice and it grabs the virus by the balls and takes it for a ride... Sounds like a typical saturday night in my place... (I wish!)
