Was just thinking - dangerous I know - does anyone else have different personas they use in life?

I have the work one - professional efficient...

The fab one - flirty, fun but fiesty too.

The real me - shy, insecure, overthinks things.

Work- Bonkers and a bit lazy!

FAB- Bonkers, subtle flirt, but again Bonkers

Real life- Bonkers and Bonkers. Sometime shy and Bonkers but mostly bonkers.

Ok a proper answer now:

Work: Get the job done, with a laugh and a bit of fun.

Real Me: I look for the light hearted side in life with a what you see is what you get approach but I am quite deep when you get past the deffences.

FAB: Well the first answer above was entirely accurate! (bonkers!)

My work persona - work calmly and at a steady pace, (no need to rush around making the job 100 times harder than it seem, oh I can think of 3/4 guys in my work like that)

Fab persona - easy going guy who likes to "go with the flow".

Real me - saying "yes" way too much just to keep everyone happy. Sit "on the fence" too much, dont like to upset folk.

I do not have a split personality. The voices in my head informed me of such.....

Funnily enough, I saw a poster this afternoon which said " Schizophrenia Self Help Group".

Surely it should be "Selves Help Group"?

I would say quite a lot of guys on here are "fan boys" and not really being true to themselves in real life

Everyone has multiple personalities or "masks" they use for different occasions.

Totally normal, some people just have more distinct differences between their personas.

I have lots of versions of me, all useful in their own way, me, myself and I.

Falkirk

I am me - but I can be quiet and reserved when I need to be (it's bloody hard work mind).

I also put my dad hat on a lot. It's totally different to my fab hat or my 'me' hat as it is the responsible adult me.

Many different facets to the Kountess and I show them to different people to suit the situation at that time.

Very few know the Kountess's inner thoughts and feelings, and it'll stay that way.

Very few people have seen the real me, know how I really feel and indeed they are the ones I trust implicitly.

I'm just as you find me,

A wannabe rockstar with a superiority complex, crazy sex drive, loads of common sense and manners that seems to have landed me a bodacious babe..........

But, I am a family guy with a nomadic streak and a love of bouncy castles

I was taught that we all have 4 personas. 1 Public 2 the one with people we have to be with 3 the one with people we trust. 4 the one we never share with anyone.

More of 1 being best and too much of 4 being risky. Fab is where we take 4 to 3 in safety

Think I agree
