I rarely drink tea and i never have it without a biscuit lol

While making a cuppa i was thinking of how some folk have different wee routines for it and the amount of sugar, if any.

How do you make/like yours? Any flavoured ones or any other things added to it?

I love tea of all kinds: good and strong, milk optional; sometimes if Im taking it black ill take it with a bit of lemon.

I steep the teabag for a good few mins then press it against the inside of the mug with the spoon making it taste stronger, weak tea isn't for me.

Herbal or fruit tea here. Or Chinese tea in a proper Chinese tea pot and cup.
