Made and demolished before school, kids had theirs with nutella n banana and syn free ones for me

6 teaspoon sweetner

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg........makes two pancakes

seperate the yolk and white into separate bowls add 3 teaspoons sweetner whisk till peeks , add remaning sweetner and vanilla essence to yolk mix then fold this into the egg white then fry in fry light , very sweet serve with mixed berries ....delish

Cant beat some streaky bacon and scrambled eggs with pancakes. The french call today mardi gras which means fat tuesday lol
