Lacking in body confidence

I've been away a while due to a relationship, now it's over I want to come back to swinging.

But you know what it's like, you get comfy in a relationship, don't watch the scales as closely as you should and before you know it you're carrying some extra pounds.

Trying to shift it, plus all the extra I need to lose anyway, but lacking the motivation

Noom app is a calorie counter that comes with a step counter. It works because you record what you eat and you start to notice which foods are high caloried.

Its taken me a while to get to the stage where I accept I look more like a Jelly Baby than a pringle.

Ultimarely weight doesnt define you. Your personality does. Once you realise that people see past it you will too. Self acceptance is the most beautuful trait.

By all means diet but dont deny or beat yourself up. Its not worth it x

You pics are gorgeous, and if folk dont like it thats their problem, tell them to feck off!

I used to feel the same now im just enjoying being me and having fun!

There's no point starving yourself to please complete strangers!

Welcome back and have fun!!

I am the same tbh I lack very little confidence but the way I look at it you are who you are , you should only change unless you really want to for you not for anyone else why not take up yoga or have a nice walk in the evening if you say you are worried about a little bit of weight I hope you sustain your confidence back and begin to love yourself again the way you should and good luck xx

For the evil choc cravings buy choc cereal bars or fun sized choc bars and stick them in the freezer. Also buy dark choc with high cocoa content - 70% at least as you need less to get rid of the cravings.

As a sworn chocoholic and a former size 18/20 I know how it feels to lack confidence. I'm now a size 12, can eat choc, but I exercise at least 5 hours a week pole dancing, using a rowing machine and skipping.

Thanks guys

I did lose 4 stone a year ago but I'm still an 18/20, if I could just shift the spare tyre that would be a big help!

I've switched to Green & Blacks dark choc as I won't eat the whole bar in one sitting. I also need to curb the bread cravings too

I've also got myself a Just Dance game for the Wii.

No co-ordination whatsoever, look like I'm having a fit most of the time lol

Bread cravings - stick the loaf in the freezer and only pull out 2 slices a day to use.

I think you look good, from what i can see, but i know that if you dont feel confident in yourself, its hard to take compliments.

Lots of good advice from others for how to shift the weight. Hope you get there

Im not that confident with my body either and have alot of weight to lose. Its daunting but im just taking my time and trying to accept that for now, this is the way i am. If people dont like it, thats fine, they dont need to look lol

Lx

Lust comes in all shapes and sizes. There are many, me included who find the curvier figure very erotic.

Keep your chin up you look great to me

Aww, you're all lovely, thank you

Amazing the good camera angles you can get, eh?

No one's said anything, I'm just at that point where I feel uncomfortable in myself and don't like looking in the mirror. But I'm by no means near my heaviest, and I'll make damn sure I never am again

I love my food too much to give it up. And I eat quite a lot in sheer weight and volume but most of it is unprocessed and homemade which makes a huge difference. Due to my appetite I do have to work out a lot and if I miss avfew days its hard to get motivated again.

Other than a wee bit of belly flb Im doing ok these days and getting ro grips with my psoriasis.....which hasnt been an issue with the kind girls on fab so far.

Keep to your personal dieting rules and try 20 minites of heavy nreathing and sweating every day....make it enjoyable whatevwr you choose x

Looked at your pics Blondie and think theyre great. I fab'd them for you. Although I cant speak for all men but I think you look great with curves in the right places. So be happy in yourself and go for it!!!!
