I have recently split from a long term partner we had kids and some good fun but i called it a day.

Now she is asking me to give her a seeing to every so often but dunno what to do any advice?

Never a good plan to go with an ex in my opinion.

It stops you both moving on, and isn't healthy.

You do have to accept that sex is obviously important to her, so she will move on and find someone else to serve that need.

I agree with this, although I do know a divorced couple with a kid who do occasionally have sex. They are great friends and it seems to work for them, but I believe they're the exception to the rule
