I`ve been researching (pervin) around the site recently, and noticed the number of "couples" and "single fem" profiles stating "joined over a year ago", but have somehow managed to evade a verification of any description over this period. Now, I just wondered, WHO DO THESE INDIVIDUALS THINK THEY ARE FOOLING? We, like many other folk on this site just have a wee chuckle n pass them by, is this the right response?

In some cases it may be that they don't want to display their verifications like notches on a bed post.

I rarely display any of mine for this reason.

I think that the OP means that they have no green tick at all rather than just hiding them from view.

I suppose there could be genuine circumstances, people have joined, not got the reaction they thought and the account has laid little used for a while... who knows but I suppose that our natural instinct would be to be a little suspicious.

As the above states, even if you choose not to display your verifications (as we ourseves wish not to) you are still "awarded" the verification "tick" on your profile regardless. There are many ways in which genuine folk can achieve this.

Yes there could be reasons, genuine and not so, but personally I'd not be in a great hurry to contact someone who'd been on here for a year without being verified.

I've always wondered that, however I did meet a lass who didnt have a green tick, and she was great... but she wouldn't accept the verification that I left on her profile, cos she said, she didnt need it!

But I do generally body swerve couples without green ticks.......

We had forgot that you have to select to post the verifications on your profile page, so we had several hiding in the forgotten background!!

i know some ppl dont have verifications on their profiles because they ahve been unlucky enough not to meet anyone, for whatever reason.

i have met 3 cpls in the past and the first words of the guys mouths were, would i verify them, one of them then put on thier profile after i did, that they didnt meet sgl guys, so advised them to change their profile

but it does have its pros and cons

A year would seem like a long time for single females or couples, but at what point is too long?

In comparison, how long does a single guy go unverified before people automatically assume the worst? Considering the numbers of single guys, I wouldn't bat an eyelid at someone with no meets in a year.

we show some verifications to show we are genuine but we have no intentions of showing long lists.like friends lists if you added everyone who sent you an invite it would be a totally pointless list as most of the people you will never even meet.

Don't believe in verification or who is verified. Some peeps are on 2mins and are Big Veed. I think it was a great idea at the start of this site to have something in place but it seems to mean Hee haw now. I think you will know who is genuine and who tak the piss.

i dont really see it lie that.verifications are there to prove,you are genuine swingers.we have verifications from people we have met.at socials but never played with.this only proves we are a genuine couple.not genuine swingers.so we dont display them.it hard enough separating the wheat from the chaf.it would be much harder, if people dont display there verifications,of people they have played with.

A couple on the site for a year with no verifications to me is no more dodgy than a couple on the site for a month with none.

Its easy to open another account so using the same account at least shows intent. There are many ways to look at it though.

totally agree there.... because we only accommodate the verification is 9times out of 10 written and sent before the visitor gets back home

the way you have typed it is sounds like "you show me yours be fore i show you mine" that is what i was pointing out . and i think if it was a bad meet you would know well before they got a chance to get to a keyboard
