Running out of messages?

hey just a quick post regarding messages, having seen a few posts via the updates section on here saying "i have ran out of messages, can't reply" so I am just asking what that is all about, is there a limit that you can send? I have been on here a while and have sent a whole load of messages and had no such warning come up,

would be good if someone would clear this up,

If you're not a silver or gold site supported you only have a certain amount of messages per day. Not sure how many though
