Can anyone suggest a hotel or hotels they have used for group meets without any problems getting the additional folks in???

Trying to organise something just now but nervous about which one i choose incase they suss us out ...and chuck us out lol xxx

Much less likely to be an issue in bigger hotels. Only the first people to arrive (the organisers?) need a key/ key card.

We used serviced appartments at "Qurtermile" and it was great, had keyfob entry, but no visible security, so that may be an option? Google Quartermile appatrments!

What about The Grand Central. Glasgow. Reception is on ground floor but lots folks go upstairs to first floor to access the bar. Thereafter lift to whatever floor.

I've used 3 or 4 different services apartments in Glasgow for my parties and have had no problems.

Look out for ones which say 24 hour reception - those are the ones to avoid lol in fact the best ones are ones with restricted check in and out times as that's usually someone coming out to meet you with keys. Or ones where you check in somewhere else. My favones in Glasgow are next door to a hotel and you collect / drop off your keys there xx
