"Mr ustwo is just about to go to the hospital to get an operation on his shoulder. Five years of pain and a 50/50 chance that the op will actually work.... Fingers, toes and anything else that can be are all crossed!" What has he done to it? Rotator cuff ? I had surgery start of last year and I'm only able now to do stuff 100%. The key to it is taking the rest time seriously. As all the soft tissues need the time need to bind. My first op failed as I went back to things to early. Fingers crossed!

" Mr ustwo here with his left handed shit hot typing skills lol. Thanks for the kind wishes everyone, I really appreciate them. Jamntoast, I had a sub acromial decompression done, basically they ground away some bone from my collar bone to make some room for the tendons to move, and they've shortened the bicep tendon a bit. They did suspect there was a tear in the cuff but once they went in it was fine so I was really happy about that. Feels much better already and I'm off work for five weeks to boot! Getting the left shoulder done in a few months and then I can get back to doing yoga again, happy days! Again, thanks for the kind regards folks
