Looking into spring cleaning the auld arse pipe.

Been reading up on it and how it vitalises the body.

There is a clinic in Edinburgh, has any forumites had this procedure done and care to share the experience.

Aside from the actual procedure i couldn't think of a worse job aside from cleaning the sewers.

A caustic boil out of the arse is next on pp's cleaning list.

Im a kinky fucker but shit's not one of them hence the professional clinic visit.

I only know 1 guy from work who had it done and like you said he felt amazing after it and couldn't believe how much bad "shit" was in him lol

Had it done once but that was pre surgery and i was already under the anaesthetic so dont remember much about it.

It's beneficial to some and very beneficial to certain folk.

Anyone with a high protein diet will benefit from this on occasion as it really cleans everything out and gets things working more efficiently again.

Those that suffer from ibs seem to get enormous relief from this as well.

Me too, very low fat and crazy protiens. My drinks are often fibre boosted though with packs from boots or healthfood shops. Keeps me regular. The average persin can lose between 1 n2 lbs per flushing out due to sticky protiens and fatty deposits. Not to my taste but would do if it was reccomended by a doctor

I'm going to get this done, been putting it off but apparently once you get it you'll not eat as much junk food once you see what doesn't digest in the system. I know a friend who's sister does this from home, proper little medical setup so fully above board n no garden hose pipes

So this an my anus waxed for my birthday, the clock is ticking lol

Id recommend it i went cos i was getting bad lower ab spasms. Went to the buckingham clinic across from the botanics 3 sessions 60 quid each. Crucially the nurse pointed out 2 things first was i chewing my food properly and we concluded no ie gulping forkfuls down followed by gulping down several glugs of juice. I now eat a lot more slowly and heyho no more cramps. She also suggested a squatty potty like a footstool whereby u hover over the pan with your knees against your chest which is actually the correct way to poo something to do with relaxing a rectal muscle. Sitting on the toilet actually goes against nature fact. So well worth paying £180 for a specialist nurse vs a 10 minute gp consulatation go for it id say.
