I'm having fried eggs , bacon mushrooms and grilled tomatoes using coconut oil to fry with. Clean eating for two weeks and I've lost 12lbs so far.

Nice one Charlie, well done. I had pretty much the same but bacon, much and toms were grill and eggs were poached. Still bloody hungry though

I've been told I have high cholesterol & blood pressure. I miss my sausage/onion rolls with HP.

Breakfast is so boring now.

can you not treat yourself once or twice a week? Grill your sausage and dry fry your onion? x

I usually buy it from the local bakers when I take the kids to school. That's the days I not out at meetings. Can't drop HP down your tie lol.
