What do u guys do for health. Weights?

Calisthenics?

Cardio?

Or maybe just eat well?

a mix of everything, healthy diet, gym 5 days a week, cardio, weights, swimming etc

Walk my ass off at work- 6 hours plus a night, even 3 nights a week walking around 9 miles minimum. Other than that I do lifting (deliveries/ boxes/ heavy plates/ equipment etc) or lots of cleaning.

Yay.

Used to run thirty to forty miles a week. Now cycle about 120 when the light nights come back. Chin up bar and weights in house. Walk and run with my Terrier. Dont eat shite, drink v moderately

Weights, swimming(although no lots), running, 5-a-sides, insanity cardio and other shit.
