This is a wee chance to get things off your chest of things that hack/peeve you off at work try NOT to name anyone.

One if things that's annoying is:

Individuals who take too many/long smoke breaks (don't have anything against smokers).

Walk around with a clipboard with a sheet of paper attached, no-one knows there ACTUAL job title or what they ACTUALLY do or there purpose.

You know the "jobs for the boys" type, useless eejits that gets job tiles made up for them etc, and don't have a clue about the job, lol.

So damn annoying

And I am not talking about those folks that DO need to make the political decisions nor am I talking about union reps !!

The "general workers" that think their managers know shit all, that their managers know less, and that they know how to run the company!

Whilst taking numerous "extra" fag breaks, standing chatting/bitching about the bosses and the system, then taking an extra 10 mins on their tea break and dinner breaks!

Taking sick days at the drop of a hat...NO, in fact Including sick days as part of their annual holiday entitlement!!!!

Thinking the company owes them for just turning up! never mind actually doing something for their pay.

....Can you tell I worked temporarily in a factory producing PC's for major company, and witnessed ALL OF THE ABOVE!! bunch of lazy good for nothing, just in out the cold, wouldnt know a days work if it smacked them in the face kinda guys!

On a long 12 hr shift one night I worked out the extra "fag breaks" cost the company over £200k a year!! No surprise the works now gone to eastern europe and the factory now only runs a day shift, instead of 24hr production!
