Right guys/dolls,

I'm needing to get my 6pack back and was wondering if anyone goes jogging in the bearsden area of Glasgow and is looking for a running partner?

As can run mile in 7 mins carrying 58 kilos

But still have a belly

You want a 6 pack its squats sit ups press ups or pull ups you need to do. Or go to the off-licence

Jogging will get you a six pack if you run off all the flab that has built up over the years.. We all have a six pack in there somewhere. Its just that its a very long and tricky road to get your fat down to less than 15%.

Whilst losing the weight doing the stomach exercises will indeed define the abs. Admittedly I have a two pack if I tense up really hard.....

Ps the people in the ads for slendertones are skinny.to begin with!
