What did you used to do as a kid when you look back now you wonder how your still here?

Cycling now, safety helmets and disc brakes!

We used to try n feckin emulate evil knevil and create ramps that would put you ten feet in the air and all in order to try and clear the 7 or 8 bodys laying on floor, and just hope you landed ok, on your bike with NO brakes!!!, NUTS

Used to go off and climb cliffs...never used any ropes etc

Climbing up the outside of the school buildings during breaktime up to the third floor before traversing round the window ledges.

Running across the ponds near the house when they froze over during winter.

And when I go back even further in time we used to go and play football in on the mudflats when the tide went out on the river..we had no regard for how fast the tide came in there until a pal drowned after getting caught out.... didn't stop us though.

That's a few of them anyway.

Feck.....is a wonder I am still alive

I often "cringe" when I think about some of the things some of my pals and myself used to get up to as kids.

Sorry I can`t go into any details as my mum has her own profile on here, if she was to find out she`d go "BALLISTIC" (she still worries about me, bless).

reminded me of one time i was mid-air and my foot slipped off the peddle, landed and my goolies were knocked up round my neck...oooooch i can still feel the pain yet!!

Another time me and my bro were on the main road at night in a soap-box kartie, no lights, car cam round the corner from behind us, hit our back wheel and knocked us over a fence into a field!! driver stopped , saw we was ok, then lost the plot!, took us home and my dad gave us a hot arse and put to bed, no sympathy at all!....great days!!

off road motorcycling on the dodgiest piles o scrap u could afford.. no helmets/body armour etc..no brakes..

when we cud afford old knackeed scramblers we`d buy them, take them to the beach..again no protection etc.. ride them up the dunes and 9 times outta 10 flip them etc...

used to have " flinstones" ralies.. scrap cars in a field chasing each other,,usually at least one o us rolled the car

the list goes on!!!

me and my mates used to walk over the cat walk on the old viaduct near where we grew up complete with rusty ladders and missing planks of wood and jumping over he gaps where all the walkway was missing.and that was after wheeling truck tyres the mile or so to the middle so as we could ling them off and into the river below.

they eventually blew it up for scrap.
