Ok bit of a random and probably more for the ladies but....

I wouldn't say i was overly chunky on the thigh department but whilst wearing hold ups I aquire an extra wee roll at the top. Any hints for avoiding this? as obviously if they're too low they slip or show under dress/skirt x

Yes brought mine from there too.

Also a little tip, don't machine wash , hand wash only and the sticky bit lasts longer.

Buy the next size up from your normal size, theyll come up higher and theres no flabby bit!

M&S are my favourite, primark also good!

Hope that helps!

One size up, but if that gives too much loose stuff elsewhere, then try making a few little nicks in the silicone at the top to let them stretch a bit.

Primark or m&s defo best....

Also make sure you use extra moisturiser where the sticky bit goes around the leg....moisture helps the rubber stick....I use body butter which defo helps

I have some that lace at the back at the very top, means you can tighten them or loosen them off if you need to. And I make Bo my "wing man" to warn me on nights out incase they start falling down . X

Primark has my vote. They are the best. I find M&S elastic lace a bit tight on it and that doesn't help the look at all
