Who's Got Plan's

Not much left of 2013 so who's got plans for a diet for 2014 then. January is the diet month of the year, so are we having a go next year if so what diets have you look at. Can other people help you. If you are trying best of luck....

Back on mine. I've had too much rich food in the past few days and I'm feeling sluggish for it.

The fat girl won't be returning.

I done the 5 on 2 off diet last year it does work well. Plus it not really hard to follow

not as extreme or short term , cut out white bread , white rice , white pasta and potatoes , if you must have use wholemeal and sweet potato , lots of fish , eggs , chicken , turkey , steak , . cut out junk food , lots of recipes about , cous cous is a great alternative aswell . good mix of weights and cardio and the jobs a good un , lost 4 stone doing things this way

Great point when people hear diet they think of losing weight it not. I am same it more weight gain I want but it still a controlled diet

Nope. Just sat and ate a bag of thorntons chocolate gingers. I'm happy with how I am. If people don't like my shape then that's their opinion and choice. Spent too many years before depriving myself of foods and counting calories watching how much was in this that and other. Now I eat what I want in moderation and my weight varies. I don't weigh myself I only know this because of my jeans lol. If you are doing it for yourself then good if its about pleasing others then I say forget it .

I may or may not decide to lose weight this year,i go through phases of being content with who i am and then phases of loathing myself for being the way i am and i think everyone is the same with themselfs at times.

If and when i decide to lose weight then it will definitely be for me and no one else,and at the moment im happy pigging out on christmas goodies
