Are verification out of control on FAB with everyone trying to better the other. Are they becoming ridiculous over the top, to the point were you can't believe a word on them ??

When I write a verification I think of no one when im writing it other than the person its intended for why on earth would I try and compete with what someone else has said about anyone on here?

People will put on a verification what they wish,yes ive read many verifications and thought too much info but then again some people like to read graphic details.

No one make people read verifications so if you don't wish to read verifications like that then maybe stop reading them.

Never really thought about it personally when I write a verification the only people I take into consideration is the one's we have met and the only things we write about is the stuff that happens whether it be the sex or the little funny things that are said or happen but maybe that's just us.

Dont see the point in this question at all. Its rather silly actually. Who really cares. If someone is verified we have to take it as true, the same with the pics you have, we have to take it for true or believe that they are all fake and anything you have written is fake as well. Simple enough. I would suggest that your being a bit paranoid.

I think its rather insulting to suggest that fellow fabbers may be disingenuous in their verification of each other. Whatever our thoughts of the content we are aware that each of us is at liberty to use any style we wish within the boundaries of the site. Where the element of competition arises I have no idea. Perhaps the op could elaborate?

I leave verifications to show I've met the person. I don't go into great detail and neither do I veri every time I meet someone for coffee or lunch. I don't see the need to keep verifying the same person over and over again and I don't see the need to leave graphic details - but that's just me and my discretion I suppose

I have mentioned about graphic verifications which i dont see any need for

the way in they are written sometimes leaves you feeling like your the one whos been on the meet.

But i do not see that as somone trying to compete with others its simply the way they like to write a verification .

Im a believer in that if youve had a lovely meet the verify but no need for exact sexual details of what actually went on during the meet that should stay private between those involved in the meet

Verifications to me are really about saying 'yeah I met them and they are who they are in the pics'. They don't really need to say any more, but it's up to people what they do put. It's their choice whether or not to display it.

Don't think they are out of control.

However I do feel most are a collection of cliches

and rather meaningless sentences that say very little.

in truth its up to you what you read into a verification, after all what happened at previous meets isn't going to dictate how your meet with that person is going to go. all I look for is that someone has verified that their pics are representative of the person and that they turned up where n when arranged in a well presented mannor
