having just seen kitty's headstone for her little laddie alfie , it brings tears to ones eyes.

id like to point out that with all the money fabby fabbers have raised we have managed to make others lives a little easier .

this is why i was so annoyed that someone had decieded to sabbotage the robin house charity night when knowing dam well fine that those kids need the cash to help make their lives an their parents lives a little easier in those last few weeks .

so i just like to say a big thankyou to all who come to the socials an raise the cash and those that make donations as they cant be there .

well done to all who participate and big pat on the back for raising as much money for all the charities that we have chosen to support over the last 2 yrs .

Yep I'll second that Sioux, not only was money raised for Alfie's headstone the same amount was raised for cancer charities, and all because people donated the raffle prizes in the first place.

It's always been known the Scots are a generous lot but they give from the heart as well as the wallet. Love you peeps xxxxxxxxx

Would like to take this opportunity to convey my admiration and support of such a marvellous, caring and loving community that is otherwise know as you guys.

BIG RESPECT!! to all the organisers of charity..and non charity based socials, It takes a hell of a lot of organisation behind the scenes, AND on the night that we all take for granted.

What a really FAB bunch of people you/we all are!! we should be focussing on the positive side of things, and eliminate the negative shit stirring arsehole who spoils it for everyone else. (ooops did I say that out loud?)

Seriously Scotland wipes the floor with the rest of the regions when it comes to charity, hospitality, friendships and inclusion...lets keep it that way!

dunblane, stirling

while we are on that subject and apologies for not wishing to hijack the thread can we note the forthcoming Easter egg run. It has been a yearly event where bikers parade through the streets of Glasgow to Yorkhill with gifts of eggs and where possible money (as they can do far more with it, rather than being inundated with eggs)

If you wish to give to this a few of us on the site will be attending the run and you can mail us for details of how to get something to Yorkhill or alternatively log on to (slightly disguised in case links are banned)

all the w's justgiving.com/YorkhillsEasterEggRun%20

will put up a seperate thread and hope that admin dont remove

cheers

finger licking good

the people that have helped me get alfie a headstone have helped me ease my pain of losing him some with being able to do one last for him, many people will never understand the help they have given me, and i know i will never ever forget it,

of course i would rather have alfie with me (so so fucking much) but it does make me feel nice that so many people are thinking and caring about him because even tho he died young he was so special and i am glad other people agree too,,

thanks to everyone and a special thanks to Laine xx
